Position Summary
The firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate (3-5 years of experience) to join its growing Corporate Practice Group. This role may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices, including New York, Del Mar, Chicago, Dallas, or Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and shelf registrations.

Support clients on '33 and '34 Act matters, ongoing SEC reporting obligations, and corporate governance.
*
Manage deal workstreams, coordinate with internal specialists, and maintain strong client relationships.
*
Handle concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
Ideal Candidate
*
3-5 years of relevant experience advising issuers and/or underwriters on U.S. capital markets transactions.
*
Strong drafting, analytical, and project-management skills.
*
Excellent communication and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
*
Bar admission in the state of the office to which the candidate is applying.
