A2nd - 3rd year M&A Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate to join its growing Capital Markets practice in New York. The successful candidate will be a second- or third-year associate with experience advising corporate issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions. The role involves work on SEC-registered debt and equity offerings, as well as private placements conducted under various exemptions. Responsibilities also include advising on ongoing SEC reporting obligations and providing general corporate and securities law advice to clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong drafting and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to high-quality client service. The position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, along with sound judgment and attention to detail. Admission to the New York bar and good standing are required.
