The Work The associate will be engaged in a genuinely varied mix of transactional and regulatory work, including: * Public and private securities offerings * Public company representation * SEC reporting and compliance * M&A (buy-side and sell-side) * General corporate counseling across a range of industries This breadth of exposure allows associates to build a well-rounded transactional skill set rather than being confined to a single deal type.
