Pensions Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Top Tier National Firm | Leeds A leading national law firm is looking to add to its market-leading Pensions team in Leeds: The Firm: · One of the largest pensions team in Leeds · Highly competitive salary and benefits · Consistently ranked top tier in the region for over 20 years · Friendly, collegiate and passionate about pensions · Clear commitment to growing and investing in the pensions practice · Nationally recognised reputation for high-quality work · Access to a full-service national platform · Excellent training, knowledge sharing and technical support · Strong focus on development and career progression The Role: · Pensions Senior Associate · 5+ PQE · Highly competitive salary · Advising on some of the largest and most complex pension schemes in the market · Broad advisory practice acting for trustees and sponsors · Working with FTSE-level businesses, financial institutions and professional trustee boards · Key role within a nationally recognised pensions risk transfer practice · Exposure to market-leading buy-ins, buy-outs and innovative deal structures · Advising on SIPP and SSAS matters, including DC advisory and transactional work · Involvement in high-profile pensions litigation and Court of Appeal cases · Regular exposure to M&A, corporate transactions and complex due diligence · Working closely with specialist teams across investment, finance, employment and disputes The Candidate: · Ideally 5+ years' PQE in pensions · Strong technical grounding in DB and/or DC pensions work · Background from a recognised pensions practice or strong in-house team · Ambitious, driven and keen to take on responsibility · Comfortable managing client relationships and workloads · Interested in business development and building a market profile · Collaborative, proactive and organised · Ready for a new challenge within a high-performing team This is an opportunity to join one of the strongest pensions teams in the country, offering exposure to top-end advisory, transactional and contentious work, alongside excellent long-term career progression.
