What You'll Do: Advise lead arrangers, direct lenders, borrowers, and corporates on complex finance transactions Structure and lead first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien, and subordinated loan deals Work on ABL facilities, subscription and NAV facilities Contribute to innovative structured equity and preferred stock investments What We're Looking For: 9+ years of leveraged finance experience, preferably within an AmLaw 100 firm Strong foundation in debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance JD and admitted to practice in New York Proven ability to manage transactions, build client relationships, and drive results Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills Why Apply?
