Senior Finance Associate New York, NY A national, full-service law firm is seeking a senior-level finance associate (5-8 years of experience) to join its expanding finance practice in New York. The firm offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value matters in a collaborative environment, advising both lenders and borrowers on complex transactions. Role: Advise on financing of private equity acquisitions and related senior and mezzanine debt deals Structure, document, and close complex transactions across diverse industries Represent clients on both borrower and lender sides of financing and acquisition matters Candidate Profile: 5-8 years of law firm finance experience Strong background in structuring and executing complex financing transactions Excellent drafting and communication skills Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated with strong academic credentials This position offers challenging work, strong deal flow, and a platform to grow your practice at a nationally recognized firm. The salary range for this position in Chicago and Philadelphia is $263,500 to $335,000, based on experience, plus opportunities for discretionary and hours-based bonus
