Associate - Project Finance (LatAm) - 3-5yrs

A leading global law firm is seeking a Spanish-fluent mid-level associate with at least 3 years of project finance experience to join its Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance practice in New York. Key Responsibilities: Manage cross-border project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors Lead deal teams, due diligence, and negotiations with clients and opposing counsel Advise on debt, equity, restructuring, and joint ventures, with a focus on renewable energy and energy transition projects Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development Candidate Profile: JD (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the New York Bar Fluent in English and Spanish Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills Commercially minded, ambitious, and collaborative Offer: High-profile international work on precedent-setting transactions Competitive compensation and benefits package Career development in a supportive, globally connected environment
