Associate - Debt Finance Private Credit (Lender side) 3-6yrs

Experience with or exposure to direct lending; asset-backed financings, junior or mezzanine financings are a strong plus. Ability to handle complex transactions independently or as lead associate. Barred in New York. Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting, negotiating, analytical skills. Compared to Other Firms: What Makes This Better?
