The role:
You'll work on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving platform regulation and AI matters for major tech companies. Think content moderation disputes, AI regulatory defense, online safety investigations, and government enforcement actions across multiple jurisdictions.
Handle regulatory investigations by government agencies in the UK, EU, and US
Litigate cases involving AI systems, platform content regulation, and online safety compliance
Work directly with clients on compliance strategy and enforcement defense
Lead significant projects with tech-fluent attorneys who actually understand how these systems work
Collaborate with experts across privacy, product compliance, antitrust, and IP practices
What they're looking for:
3-7 years of experience with tech-based investigations or litigation
Strong interest or background in platform regulation (DSA, Online Safety Act, AI Act)
Tech fluency-you should understand how platforms and AI systems actually function
Experience with tech product counseling or online safety issues is helpful
High-level academic achievement and exceptional analytical/writing skills
Ability to engage directly with clients and manage complex matters
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
