What You Will Do Take ownership of files and drive trial preparation strategy. Engage in active motion practice and conduct depositions. Collaborate with experts in engineering and architecture to build winning cases. Candidate Requirements One to three years of litigation experience. Strong advocacy skills and a desire for courtroom exposure. Excellent interpersonal communication and a proactive willingness to learn the technical nuances of construction law. Familiarity with construction litigation is a plus but is not required for candidates with a strong general litigation foundation.
