The Opportunity: The Corporate team deals with the full spectrum of corporate matters to include M&As, disposals, corporate finance, private equity investments and cross-border transactions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to tap into their stellar client base, acting for a wide range of the region's listed companies, as well as a significant private equity client base. As a part of this market-leading team, you will undertake mainly transactional work with a focus on M&A (public and private and both domestic and international) although the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved in matters relating to equity capital markets, private equity and reorganisations. What they're looking for: * Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE * Experience gained within a large and established national/international practice * Proven skills within the Corporate space with a general M&A skill set * Ideally experience of cross-border transactions, but this is not essential * The ability to deal with a number of separate transactions at once and to work flexibly and confidently to tight deadlines * The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues you work with in other practice groups * Ideally some experience of supporting junior colleagues * Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients * Confident dealing with the competing demands of clients and delivering excellent client care * Commercial awareness and willing to participate in group training and know how. The firm offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week, a top-of-the-market salary, from around £75k upwards depending on experience. There are also a wide range of other benefits on offer.
