The Corporate team is over 70+ lawyers strong, working seamlessly cross-office. The Opportunity: The Sheffield Corporate team offer a unique mix of top level national legal expertise and international reach, together with an established Sheffield presence. The national team work seamlessly cross-office across the full range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity. You will have the opportunity to work with key clients from the outset and will be encouraged to network and develop your own client relationships from an early stage. Candidate requirements: · Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE · Experience gained within an established practice · The ability to run and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision · The ability to meet client expectations and sound case management skills · A strong commercial acumen On offer is a competitive salary from £62k upwards, as well as hybrid working and a wide range of other benefits.
