Real Estate Associate (Development & Regeneration) 4+ PQE - Leeds A leading international firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Associate to join their Public Sector team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will focus on high quality Regeneration and Development Project work and will have plenty of client contact from the outset. This exciting opportunity sits with the firm's top-tier Government & Public sector team which operates nationally. They work closely cross office to deliver regionally and nationally significant projects to local authority and other public sector clients and developers. The team are instructed on large scale mixed use developments across the country, which presents the opportunity to work on a wide range of regeneration and development projects alongside colleagues across other disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill-set and learn in a supportive and collaborative environment with access to top level industry training. Candidate requirements: · You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE · Experience gained within an established real estate practice · Public sector experience would be useful but not essential · An ambitious self-starter looking to take on responsibility · Confident liaising with key clients and developing relationships · A proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The firm operate with hybrid working, usually 2 or 3 days in the office per week.
