The Opportunity: The team cover a broad range of corporate matters, ranging from local acquisitions to cross-jurisdictional deals. As a part of this high performing team, you will be responsible for a variety of work in a broad-based role including: · Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets · Providing efficient professional support to partners across different UK offices · Building and developing professional client relationships · Supporting the wider team in developing the business and raising the profile of the firm · Managing and supervising the work of others including trainees and solicitor apprentices · Involvement in marketing events and other BD activities. Candidate requirements: · Qualified Solicitor ideally with 2+ PQE · Experience gained within an established UK based practice · This is a client facing role, so you will need sound judgement and good interpersonal and business advisory skills · The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with clients is essential. · Excellent drafting skills and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice · A strong commercial acumen.
