Corporate Lawyer NQ-4 - Leeds A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate solicitor to join a leading global accountancy practice in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for a new challenge in a non-traditional legal environment. As a part of this team you will be involved in domestic and cross-border projects from start to finish as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. There is scope to develop strong working relationships with FTSE clients. This role is to specialise in re-org work (with some M&A work depending on any business needs) Candidate requirements: · Corporate solicitor with ideally 0-4 PQE. · Strong grounding in corporate matters, including reorganisations. · The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and third parties. · A genuine interest in delivering innovative legal solutions.
