Commercial / IT Solicitor 1-4 PQE - Leeds An award-winning national firm seeks a Commercial & IT Solicitor to join their growing team in Leeds and play a key part in helping to shape their ambitious growth plans. THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join the Commercial/IT team and play a key part in future success. The team advise on a broad range of high profile and high value commercial/ICT projects, outsourcing arrangements and general commercial contracts to a growing number of public and private sector clients. This role will focus on major IT and business process outsourcing projects for both public and private sector clients. There is also high profile project work which is set to run for the next few years, of which you will play a significant part. The remit of this role is interesting and varied and you will have exposure to key clients from the outset. You will be supported throughout your role, by an experienced and ambitious team, whilst also being encouraged to develop professionally. ABOUT YOU · Qualified Solicitor, ideally between 1-4 years' PQE · Demonstrable experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, commercial transactional projects and contract management support · Confident liaising with clients and the ability to build your own relationships with them · Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively · A forward-thinking and collaborative approach to working · A keen interest in IT or technology law OTHER INFORMATION · Competitive salary, a bonus and comprehensive benefits package. · Flexible working, with no mandatory office days. · Significant opportunities for progression.
