Construction Disputes Associate/Senior Associate - Leeds A UK-Top 100 firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate specialising in Construction Disputes to join their well-regarded team in Leeds. This national team boasts some of the best lawyers in the industry and this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Partners who have received significant recognition across all major legal directories. There are ambitious plans underway for further growth and you could play a key part in driving future success. The Construction Disputes team work nationally cross-office as one team. This role is based in Leeds, working alongside leading Partners, who have strong recognition in the major legal directories. You will be involved in a wide range of construction disputes, ranging from standard final account/loss and expense type matters, to significant defect issues and PFI/projects disputes. There is an established client base of public sector clients including local authorities, NHS Trusts and housing associations, as well as their growing number of private sector clients in the wider construction industry, including developers, funders and contractors. ABOUT YOU · Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE · Ambitious and eager to take on challenging work · Exceptional drafting and legal analysis skills · The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients · The ability to manage time effectively and meet competing demands · Willing to engage in business development.
