The firm is renowned for fostering a positive, encouraging, and trusting atmosphere. The firm are looking for a Private Equity Lawyer with 4 + years of post-qualification experience. The role is ideal for a transactional corporate Private Equity Lawyer that is eager to join a growing practice and is keen to work on cross border deals. The firm operates across multiple jurisdictions and primarily transacts with corporates, private equity houses and other financial institutions. The Corporate practice group are highly ranked in the legal 500 and sit at the top quartile of Mid-Market Private Equity deals. The team transact in the following areas: Applicants must hold transactional Private Equity experience, be a qualified Solicitor and be eager to focus their career on being a private equity lawyer.
