Competition Lawyer

Associate - Competition - City of London We are working with a highly regarded global elite law firm. As a full service law firm they are equipped to provide complex legal solutions to a broad range of clients on a global level. The firm are now looking for an associate to join their International Trade team in London. The Team: You will be joining the Competition, EU & Trade Group. The team advises clients on the full range of UK and EU completion law from merger control and national security, to antitrust investigations and competition litigation. The team also provides advice on consumer law enforcement, State aid and subsidy control, public procurement and international trade law. The team has a headcount of 30 and is based globally. On Offer: · Cross border team · Cross jurisdictional matters · Work on interesting merger control and national security matters · Long term progression plans About You: · Qualified Solicitor 2-5 PQE who is qualified in either the UK or Brussels · Experience in either a City, international or national law firm, in-house or any of the competition regulatory bodies · Experience of the energy, financial services, technology or life sciences sectors BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
