Senior Associate - Intellectual Property (Non Contentious) We are working with a highly regarded and well known global city law firm. Highly regarded for its commitment to providing bespoke legal solutions to clients across 80 countries, this collegiate and well respected firm are now looking for a Solicitor to join their Intellectual Property team as a Senior Associate in London. The firm: Experts in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, IT and TMT Law, with clients spanning the corporate, banking, real estate, retail, technology, big data, employment and professional services. The firm is highly ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500 in several areas that includes Intellectual Property. The team: The IP team has 20 lawyers that advise on contentious and non-contentious IP matters. The team is instructed by many household brands as well as fast growing startups. The teams non-contentious work load has seen significant so therefore the team are now looking to recruit a 6 PQE + IP Solicitor to support with the team's growth plans. The Opportunity: · Support Blue Chip and FTSE companies with the full cycle of their IP matters · Cross jurisdictional instructions · Delegate / Supervise junior lawyers where necessary · Advise on branding issues · Manage and execute IP strategy projects on behalf of clients About You: · 6 PQE Solicitor qualified in England & Wales · Strong drafting and negotiation skills · Experience in proving IP advice to clients · Experience of IP management and strategy projects · Working alongside a trademark mark prosecution team is desirable On Offer: · Highly competitive salary & benefits package · No chargeable hours target · Global brand - strong opportunity for cross referrals · Hybrid working · Potential for travel BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
