Senior Associate - Corporate and Commercial

About the opportunity: A well liked and colegiate national law firm with offices in Spain are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate and Commercial team. The firm are a leading legal 500 and Chambers Law firm with offices in the East of England, London and Spain. The firm are recognised in the national press as one of the best companies to work for and have been accredited with Investors in People Gold since 2012. As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for managing the fulll life cycle of Private Equity and M & A transactions. From the initial due dilligence process through to the closing stage. You will be responsible / have a dotted reporting line to some junior members of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior Associate or an Associate who is ready to make the step up to senior.
