Restructuring & Insolvency Associate | 2-5 PQE | Top 70 national firm | London The Firm / Team: Successful candidates can look forward to joining a leading national law firm, based in central London. The team specializes in advising insolvency practitioners, businesses, individuals, directors, and other relevant stakeholders in both contentious and non-contentious areas of restructuring and insolvency. The team also works with lenders, borrowers, distressed investors and other organisations in relation to their rights and legal obligations in respect to both transactional and contentious instructions. The Role: As a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate within the team, you can expect to manage your own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious restructuring & insolvency matters. You will regularly support clients with transactional (pre-packs, administrations, CVA`S, restructuring plans, cross-border restructurings and contentious work (actions against or defending former director), enforcement and general advisory work. About You: Qualified Solicitor 2-5 PQE (England & Wales) Confident at managing your own caseload Experience of both transactional and contentious restructuring & insolvency Benefits: Salary £65,000 -£90,000 dependent on experience Early Friday finish once a month Annual promotion process BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
