You'll be working closely with a friendly, supportive group - many of whom are ex-lawyers turned recruiters - who will help you develop into a high-performing Recruitment Resourcer. The Role: * Research and source high-calibre legal candidates for live roles using our specialist recruitment platform. * Research and source high-calibre legal candidates for live roles using our specialist recruitment platform. * Engage with candidates by phone and email to discuss new career opportunities, building interest and rapport. * Manage and maintain candidate data with accuracy and confidentiality. * Support the team in delivering against set KPIs, contributing directly to successful placements. * Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-moving market. What We're Looking For: * A law graduate with strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree) * IT literate, confident handling data and research. * Focused, resilient and well organised. * A clear communicator with the ability to build professional relationships. * A can-do attitude and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment.
