PI Solicitor

Serious Injury Solicitor- REMOTE Leading PI firm based down south are looking for a grade A PI Solicitor to join their thriving large loss team. The Role: · Managing own casework acting for claimants in moderate/high value Personal Injury matters · Understanding of medical issues in the context of PI claims and how to investigate and apply these to the law in the best interest of the client. · Develop an understanding of financial management of files (WIP, disbursements, billing and profitability) and working as to meet or exceed set targets. · Mentor to junior fee earners You will need: · Valid clean Practicing Certificate / Admitted solicitor with current Practicing Certificate in place (no conditions attached or regulatory body's restriction on ability to practice) · Prior experience on good quality claimant PI matters, Grade A Solicitor experienced in EL/PL · Strong litigation experience · Excellent communications (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills · Able to exercise own initiative, with good problem solving skills · Able to apply sensitivity, confidentiality and empathy in regard to clients' matters Salary to £65k, open to full home working.
