RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING TEAM LEADER- NOTTINGHAMSHIRE We have a new opportunity with a leading firm in Nottingham looking for a senior Conveyancer to lead a team. The Role: Lead a Residential Conveyancing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to junior solicitors and conveyancers. Handle a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters from instruction to completion Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including Lexcel and CQS Drive performance and productivity across the team while maintaining exceptional client service standards Collaborate with other senior staff and partners to support strategic objectives and business development opportunities Act as a key point of contact for clients, referrers, and other stakeholders Skills, experience and attributes You will Need: Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing Proven leadership and team management experience in a legal environment Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to growing the team's client base and enhancing service delivery What they offer: What we offer High-value and complex legal work Generous bonus scheme Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid/flexible working arrangements Clear opportunities for progression A supportive and inclusive working cultur Hybrid/Flexible working
