Conveyancing Fee Earner

Residential Conveyancer, Cardiff (Office-based / Hybrid options available) We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment. The Role: You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout. Key Responsibilities: Managing residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handling matters from instruction to completion Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures Providing clear, practical advice to clients at all stages of the transaction The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer: Competitive salary, dependent on experience Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for progression and professional development Cardiff-based role with potential for flexible or hybrid working If you are a conveyancer looking for your next opportunity in Cardiff, we'd love to hear from you.
