Document Reviewer - Prospectus Drafting (Full-Time) We are seeking an experienced Document Reviewer to assist with the drafting and review of prospectuses. This is an ongoing, full-time position, with a potential start date of 9 February. Key Responsibilities: Review and assist in the drafting of prospectuses and related capital markets documentation Ensure disclosures are accurate, clear, and compliant with applicable regulatory standards Collaborate closely with drafting teams and stakeholders to refine content and resolve issues Provide high-quality written and technical input under tight deadlines Required Skills and Experience Candidates must possess all of the following: Demonstrated experience in capital markets and prospectus drafting/review Strong understanding of regulatory and disclosure requirements Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages Position Details Full-time, ongoing role Potential start date: 9 February This role is well-suited to detail-oriented professionals with a strong capital markets background who thrive in a fast-paced, document-focused environment.
