Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ PQE) A well-established and client-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its respected and growing Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate solicitor looking to progress their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment. You will work alongside an experienced and collaborative team with a strong track record of achieving excellent results for clients. The Role You will independently manage a high-quality and varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including: RTA, EL/PL, serious injury, and general personal injury claims Litigated matters handled from inception through to conclusion You will provide clear, empathetic, and commercially sound advice at every stage of the claims process. Key Responsibilities Managing your own claimant personal injury caseload with minimal supervision Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and detailed correspondence Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, counsel, medical experts, and insurers Ensuring compliance with SRA requirements and the Civil Procedure Rules Contributing to team growth through mentoring, collaboration, and business development activity About You Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in claimant personal injury law Demonstrable experience handling complex and litigated PI matters Excellent client care and communication skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines A proactive and collaborative approach What's on Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience Comprehensive benefits package Flexible and hybrid working options Supportive, inclusive working culture Clear opportunities for career progression
