EL/PL Solicitor-Leeds We have an exciting role with a leading Insurance team in Leeds. This is hybrid working. About the team: We are looking for a casualty solicitor to join our Casualty team in Leeds. The work is fast-moving, varied and challenging. The successful candidate will receive full training in our internal practices and procedures. What we ask of you: * Provide initial prospects/opinions to insurers on a wide variety of disputes, including those relating to employers liability and public liability within the social welfare, equine and construction sectors. * Be expected to manage a case load of their own, including recommending reserves and setting strategies under the supervision of a Partner. * Have a mixed case load of fast track, intermediate and multi-track work. What you will bring to the role: *Have existing defendant personal injury litigation experience in both EL/PL and professional liability claims involving personal injury. *Have a thorough understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules. *Be accustomed to running their own caseload under appropriate supervision. *Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload.
