PI Solicitor, Manchester (Hybrid) We have an opportunity for a PI Solicitor to join a National Tier 1 Law Firm to join their dynamic team in Manchester. Responsibilities Receive client instructions and deliver precise, practical legal advice to achieve the best possible resolution for your clients. Independently manage your own caseload while providing support to Partners and senior team members on complex, high-value matters. Conduct case reviews with your team to ensure accuracy and maintain the highest standards of legal service. Contribute to area meetings, ensuring your team objectives are being met and actively participating in the growth of the Serious Injury team. Mentor and train others within the team, leveraging your expertise and experience to develop the next generation of legal professionals. Preferred Requirements 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Serious Injury cases. Strong commercial acumen with the confidence and drive to lead business development initiatives, building relationships and elevating the team's market presence. Empathy and compassion to support clients through challenging personal circumstances, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve very flexible working options.
