This is a superb opportunity for a mid-level associate (approximately 3-7 years of experience) looking to join a highly regarded team with a strong and steady pipeline of real estate work. The Role: You'll work alongside experienced partners and senior associates advising clients on a wide range of complex real estate transactions. The team has an impressive client base including developers, investors, landlords, and tenants operating across Texas and nationally. Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions - Strong drafting skills and experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and title/survey review - A solid academic background and excellent written communication skills - Texas Bar admission (or ability to waive in) This firm values initiative, client service, and the ability to take ownership of matters with appropriate supervision.
