Corporate M&A Associate (4-7 PQE) Location: Austin, Dallas, or Houston A leading international law firm is currently seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 4-7 years' experience to join its Corporate Department in Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston). The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex business transactions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage M&A transactions from structuring to closing, including drafting and negotiating the principal transaction documents Supervise and mentor junior associates, and coordinate with other practice areas to ensure smooth and efficient execution of deals Advise clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters on a day-to-day basis Collaborate closely with partners and clients, providing practical, business-focused legal advice Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience, with a strong focus on public and private M&A Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage junior team members Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Admission to practice in Texas The Firm This prestigious law firm is internationally recognized for its deep industry experience, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence.
