Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE Location: Office-based - Birmingham Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch) Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a role with a well-established, community-focused High Street firm? We are seeking a 5+ years PQE solicitor to join our small, friendly team. About Us We are a long-established, service-oriented firm with over 35 years of history on the High Street. Our reputation has been built on personal service, attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships - many of our instructions come from repeat business, local referrals, and family connections. We are not a "volume" or "cut-price" conveyancing firm. Instead, we pride ourselves on quality, client care, and professional integrity. Our close-knit team of six enjoys working collaboratively in a friendly and supportive environment. About the Role This is a new position created to support the smooth running of the office. The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to take on management responsibilities in due course and play a key part in the continued success and stability of the firm. Key responsibilities include: Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Maintaining the firm's high standards of client service and professional conduct Building and sustaining strong client and referrer relationships Assisting in the day-to-day management of the office as experience and confidence grow About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing Value client service and local reputation over volume targets Be comfortable working in an office-based, traditional High Street setting Benefits Negotiable salary (dependent on experience) 20 days' paid holiday plus Bank Holidays Pension scheme Supportive, friendly working environment Real opportunity for progression and management responsibility If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please send your CV to joannamarklove@bcllegal.com
