Conveyancer - Leading National Conveyancing Practice
Our client is seeking exceptional conveyancers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are committed to delivering outstanding client service.
Working within a small, supportive team led by an experienced Conveyancing Manager-and supported by both an assistant and comprehensive back-office functions-you will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion. You'll safeguard the interests of clients, mortgage lenders and the firm, ensuring all matters progress in line with professional regulations and internal quality standards.
Success in this role involves providing exemplary service, following established processes, and meeting individual and team KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Act as a trusted adviser to clients and introducers, offering clear, practical guidance on residential property matters by phone and email via a bespoke CMS.
Case Progression & Forecasting: Efficiently progress files, producing accurate monthly forecasts for exchanges and completions to maintain momentum and cost-effectiveness.
About You
To be considered, your CV should demonstrate:
Strong technical knowledge of land law and the end-to-end conveyancing process.
Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
A proven track record of managing your own caseload in a fee-earning, volume conveyancing environment.
The ability to excel within a target-driven setting and consistently meet KPIs.
Exceptional communication and client-care skills.
Proficiency with CMS systems and confidence adopting new technology.
