PI Solicitor 5+yrs PQE Litigation Solicitor (Personal Injury) - Associate/ Salaried Partner We have an instruction from a leading recognised law firm based in the Dorset and Somerset area, providing legal services locally, nationally and beyond. The firm offer an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages professional and personal development as well as the opportunity for career progression. This is primarily an office-based role with the opportunity to work from home one day per week after the probationary period, although some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. The position will entail working within a busy team on a varied Civil Litigation caseload whilst leading our small but valuable Personal Injury practice. Candidates must have previous proven experience of Personal Injury matters. Candidates must be happy with providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers and support staff as well as confident in their ability to grow and promote the Personal Injury practice. This opportunity is aimed at candidates seeking the next step in their career towards Partnership.
