Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsperson - High Value PI (Remote) We are looking to recruit an experienced Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsperson to join our team on a fully remote basis, working predominantly on high-value Personal Injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a costs professional who enjoys technically complex work and wants the flexibility of remote working, while remaining involved in challenging, high-value cases. The Role Drafting Bills of Costs on high-value PI matters (including multi-track and catastrophic injury claims) Advising on costs strategy, recovery, and risk Dealing with Points of Dispute and Replies Negotiating costs and conducting detailed assessment proceedings Supporting fee earners on complex costs issues throughout the lifecycle of a claim About You Proven experience handling high-value PI costs work Strong technical knowledge of the CPR, Costs Practice Direction, and case law Confident drafting and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Qualified Costs Lawyer preferred, but experienced Draftspersons are encouraged to apply What's On Offer 100% remote working Competitive salary, dependent on experience High-quality, complex caseload Supportive and collaborative team culture Long-term progression and stability BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
