Personal Injury Solicitor/Filex Exeter Full-time or Part-time Considered A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to join its growing litigation team in Exeter. The Role The successful candidate will join a collegiate Litigation Department with a dedicated Personal Injury team. The role will involve: Running MOJ Portal and Fast Track matters independently Managing Intermediate Track cases with minimal supervision Assisting on larger Multi-Track claims Exposure to clinical negligence work would be advantageous but is not essential Candidate Profile Approximately 3-5 years' PQE in Personal Injury (applications from more experienced candidates will also be considered) Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with litigation rights Strong technical ability and confidence managing a caseload Willingness to broaden skills into other areas of litigation (desirable) An interest in business development and marketing; an existing following would be advantageous but not required Working Arrangements Full-time or part-time applications welcomed (minimum 24 hours per week) Based primarily in the Exeter office, with a requirement to attend at least two days per week Hybrid working available following probation / integration into the team Occasional travel to other offices to meet clients What's On Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Clear and realistic career progression Supportive, friendly, and professional working environment Opportunity to join a firm experiencing sustained growth, recent expansion, and internal promotions This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury lawyer seeking high-quality work within a progressive and well-supported firm.
