Corporate Associate - 2-6 PQE | M&A / Private Equity A boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-6 years' experience to join its dynamic corporate practice. The successful candidate will advise a broad range of companies, from high-growth startups to established, private equity-backed businesses. The role involves providing day-to-day corporate counsel and working closely with clients on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. The position will also include representing private equity investors in acquisitions, financings, and portfolio company matters. Key Requirements: 2-6 years' experience in corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions Experience gained within the corporate sector. Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to work directly with clients Sound commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Experience supporting complex, multi-party transactions and sophisticated clients Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong academic credentials from a well-regarded law school Exceptional written and communication skills A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team advising on sophisticated transactions across a diverse client base.
