Litigation Associate

Associate, Dallas or Houston A well-established national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with three or more years of experience in fast-paced catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and products liability litigation. Position Requirements: Active Texas Bar membership in good standing is required; admission to the New York Bar is strongly preferred. 3+ years of experience in a litigation setting. Strong academic credentials and the ability to draft complex opinions, motions, and legal memoranda. Interest in participating in business development efforts is a plus.
