The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded claimant team in the West Midlands. Working alongside experienced senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters, the successful candidate will also manage their own caseload and play an important role in supporting clients through sensitive and challenging circumstances. The team handles a broad range of complex medical negligence matters, including catastrophic brain injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses, fatal claims, avoidable deaths, orthopaedic injuries, and other serious life-impacting cases. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment that combines technical excellence with genuine client care.
