Serious Injury Solicitor,
We have a new opportunity for a Solicitor 0-6 years PQE with multi track/serious injury experience to assist a leading large loss lawyer.

About the team
The Serious & Catastrophic Injury team works on some of the most complex and high-value personal injury claims-cases that genuinely change lives. These include traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and fatal accident claims.
You'll be joining a collaborative and highly experienced team, working alongside legal specialists, medical professionals, and rehabilitation experts. The focus is not just on legal outcomes, but on supporting clients and families through incredibly challenging times.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing complex, high-value cases, with support from senior colleagues. Your work will include:
Handling catastrophic injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including High Court litigation
Drafting key legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
Coordinating expert evidence across multiple disciplines
Supporting clients with empathy and clarity throughout their rehabilitation journey
Developing case strategies, negotiating settlements, and attending mediations and conferences
Collaborating with and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
What we're looking for
This role would suit someone who combines strong technical ability with a genuinely people-focused approach. You might come from a legal background or have developed relevant experience in a similar field.
