Senior Conveyancing Solicitor

Conveyancer Colchester, We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a thriving team based in Colchester. The Role: Managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, from simple freehold matters through to complex leasehold, new build, and technical transactions. Providing technical supervision and mentoring to a Trainee Solicitor and Solicitor Apprentice. Acting as a senior point of reference for complex matters, title issues, and risk decisions. Working collaboratively with the central quotes team, post-completion department, and administrative support functions. Contributing to process improvement, consistency, and best practice across the conveyancing department. Supporting training, file reviews, and development of junior colleagues.
