Real Estate Associate, Houston A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its Real Estate practice in Houston. This partnership-track opportunity offers the chance to work within a highly regarded and collaborative team of more than 85 real estate attorneys across multiple offices nationwide. The role will involve handling a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions across the country, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and joint ventures. Associates will gain exposure to high-profile matters involving data centers, industrial, multifamily, office, and hospitality assets. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years of real estate experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent drafting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented, in-person environment and be eager to take on significant responsibility while developing within a dynamic national practice. Texas bar admission is preferred, or eligibility to obtain admission within one year of hire is required.
