Corporate Associate Opportunity | Dallas or Austin | 3-6 PQE I am currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading international law firm looking to expand its Corporate team in Dallas or Austin. The firm is keen to speak with talented mid-level associates (2020-2023 qualification classes) who have strong transactional experience and are looking to take the next step in their careers. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or both of the following areas: Mergers & Acquisitions, particularly private equity transactions. Capital markets offerings and related securities work. Candidates should demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience managing client relationships and the ability to take ownership of complex transactions. Experience supervising junior associates and working with sophisticated clients is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have: 3-6 years of relevant corporate experience. Outstanding academic credentials. At least two years of relevant law firm experience. Strong technical, commercial and communication skills. The ability to manage competing demands and work effectively with sophisticated clients.
