Real Estate Associate (3-6 PQE) | Dallas A leading international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded and growing Real Estate practice in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative, partnership-track environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience, with exposure to either debt or equity matters, including: Debt-side transactions: mortgage and mezzanine loan financings. Equity-side transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team on complex commercial real estate transactions. Requirements: 3-6 years of relevant real estate experience (approximately Class of 2020-2023). Experience advising on debt and/or equity real estate transactions. Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills. Admission to the Texas Bar is preferred, or eligibility to obtain admission within one year of joining.
