Military Deafness Case Handler (Remote) We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Disease Solicitor working on Military Deafness Cases. Working remotely, you will manage cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance, timely communication, and exceptional service throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling sensitive information. Knowledge of military compensation claims, hearing loss claims. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of military deafness and hearing loss claims. Conduct initial client consultations and gather relevant information. Request, review, and organise medical records and supporting documentation. Liaise with solicitors, medical professionals, military organisations, and third parties. Keep clients informed of case progress and respond to enquiries professionally. Maintain accurate records using case management systems. Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality requirements, and internal procedures. Identify potential issues and escalate complex cases where appropriate. Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high-quality service standards. Desirable Experience Experience with military compensation or personal injury claims. Understanding of hearing loss, tinnitus, or audiology. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
