Real Estate Associate - Dallas, Texas A leading international law firm is looking to hire a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its established and growing practice in Dallas. The role would suit someone with 3-6 years of real estate experience, ideally with experience in either debt or equity transactions. Relevant experience may include: Mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions Real estate acquisitions and dispositions Joint venture structures Other substantive real estate transactional work The firm is looking for someone with a strong academic background, excellent analytical, organisational and writing skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Texas bar membership is preferred and, if not already admitted, would be required within one year of joining. This is a partnership-track opportunity with a well-regarded platform and the chance to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters.
