Litigation Paralegal | Austin, Texas | Boutique Law Firm I'm working with a growing boutique law firm in Austin seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2-6 years of law firm experience to join its expanding litigation and bankruptcy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys, managing complex matters, and taking ownership of cases from initial intake through trial. Key responsibilities include: Supporting litigation matters through all stages, including discovery, trial preparation, and appeals. Managing case files, docketing, court calendars, and critical deadlines. Drafting, proofreading, and preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents. Handling electronic filings in Texas state and federal courts. Coordinating discovery, document production, and evidence management using litigation support and e-discovery platforms. Preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, including exhibits, trial notebooks, and witness materials. Coordinating with attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel. What we're looking for: 2-6 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm. Working knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and litigation deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Experience supporting cases from inception through trial. Familiarity with Everlaw or other e-discovery platforms is a plus. Paralegal certification and prior onsite trial support experience are advantageous. Why consider this opportunity?
