Corporate Attorney

Corporate Trust Attorney - Remote or Hybrid from Dallas We are currently recruiting for a Corporate lawyer with a minimum of four years of experience to join a well-established, nationally renowned Corporate Trust practice. The Corporate Trust group works closely with the capital markets and loan agency departments of major national banks and other financial institutions, representing them as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents and collateral or security agents in a wide variety of corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, secured and structured financing transactions and defaults. The Corporate Trust Attorney will contribute to the day-to-day practice of substantive corporate trust matters by supporting Firm partners in the representation of Firm clients in capital markets transactions; facilitating effective partner and attorney working relationships; and supporting the Corporate Trust Practice Group's overall goals and business development initiatives. Applicants must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school or LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school; active bar admission in the state in which the candidate maintains an office or the ability to gain admission to the relevant state bar within one year of joining the firm; and at least four years of experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm working in finance, securities, and/or capital markets. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $205,000. Salary determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, and geographic location.
