About the Role: The Personal Injury Department manages a wide array of cases, including but not limited to: Personal Injury Accidents at Work, Road Traffic Accidents, Trips and Slips Criminal Injuries Compensation This position is based in the firm's Coventry office and offers the benefit of working alongside an experienced assistant. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters from inception to resolution. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide comprehensive legal services. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and organizations that refer work to the firm. Contribute to the firm's ongoing growth through networking and business development activities. Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing a Personal Injury caseload. Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
